Approximate elevation data — not survey-grade. Elevations and elevation differences shown in this viewer are derived from photogrammetric DEM data and may contain vertical error. Relative differences between nearby points are generally more useful than absolute elevations, but neither should be treated as surveyed measurements. USGS 3DEP cross-checks, when used, are also approximate and are provided only as an independent reasonableness check. Do not use this viewer for construction staking, final grading, drainage certification, or any decision requiring survey-grade vertical control.

How to interpret it
Use Point elevation for an approximate surface elevation at one location. Use Compare two points for the relative rise or drop between two locations. Relative differences may be more useful than absolute elevations when comparing nearby pads, but they are still approximate unless verified against survey control. Customer notice: values shown here are for visualization and planning only and are not a substitute for a licensed survey.
Source details
Source: silverhorn914202620260914-DEM.tif Elevation values interpreted as meters and displayed in U.S. feet/inches. Readings are estimates from the verified 1200 × 1030 Float32 grid. Source units were supplied as metres; vertical datum is unknown. RGB display never supplies elevations.
